The Baltimore Yacht Club is a full-service private club located where Middle River meets the Chesapeake Bay. The club is in a protected area safe from storms and high winds. The club, known as BYC, has been in existence since 1939. The Baltimore Yacht Club is a full-service club; this means there is a club manager and full staff to provide a complete range of services and popular amenities including a new clubhouse, bar and first-class dining facilities. BYC also has a large pool, a pavilion, play ground, dock master, and a full-service fuel dock. BYC provides a full calendar of social events, celebrating holidays, family events and member sponsored festivities.
